SUMMARY:
Vehicle Service Advisor

POSITION INFO:

Grade 12 senior certificate
• Clean criminal record
• Clear ITC record
• Must have good knowledge of aftermarket part on vehicles
EXPERIENCE
• The candidate must have a min of 10 years’ experience in a corporate dealership.
• Service Advisors will be provided with comprehensive training from time to time.
• We are seeking a service advisor that is excellent at customer service. The candidate must be vibrant, making a customer feel right at home. Leading to excellent’ s . The successful candidate will be required to achieve daily and monthly sales and sales activity targets. Must be ambitious, energetic, and determined to succeed.
Duties would be as follows but not limited to:
• Booking in vehicles.
• Inspection of vehicles with the client whilst booking in.
• Loading clients and vehicles on the system.
• Allocating vehicle for repairs to correct technician.
• Follow up on the progress of vehicles with technicians.
• Keeping clients updated as much as possible.
• Upselling products available.
• Ensuring a pleasing experience for the clients.
