SUMMARY:
Leading Distribution and Warehouse Solutions supplier is looking to fill the role of Services and Warehouse Manager for a key account in George

POSITION INFO:
The main function is to represent the company with your employer, represent and establish the brand through dedicated service of the client and day to day running of the site

The Services Manager will be responsible to compile a management report to the client on a monthly basis. This report must identify and highlight trends picked up through our area of intervention. This report will highlight aspects such as accuracy, return on investment, risks as well as incidents. The management report will reflect on our achieving towards the KPI.

• Monthly audit data express in graph format to illustrate progress month on month.
• The process analysis to illustrate process risks an how we addressed them.
• The service level improvement action plan with dates and responsibilities.

A regional month end report will be compiled by the Services Manager to highlight the financial, operational well being of the Business Unit to H/O. 

The Services Manager will ensure that all staff on site has been adequately trained in all aspects of the site specific job description. Refresher training on existing staff will be conducted monthly. There will be a training register in place an all staff trained will acknowledge training through signing of a training acknowledgement document.

Site specific recruitment criteria and training requirements must be forwarded to the training department. The Services Manager can also call on the training department to assist in the compilation of training documentation and material required.

It is imperative that all staff on site are multi skilled and able to work in all areas of intervention on site.
