Job & Company Description:

My client is in search for a senior bookkeeper who will prepare cash books and bank reconciliations, prepare supplier reconciliations, maintain the fixed assets registers including the tagging and location and verification of assets. The candidate will process routine journal entries as well as prepare other reconciliation schedules for routine/simple account balances. Other responsibilities include ensuring that the primary source documents are correctly reflected in the accounting records and assist where requested by the accountant with intercompany transaction schedules and confirmations.

Job Experience & skills Required:

A finance qualification
5 to 7 years’ experience in Bookkeeping
Pastel Evolution
Competence in Microsoft Word, Advance Excel and any ERP systems
Proficient in Afrikaans
