Senior Workshop Technician

Attending to customer complaints timeously and professionally.
Conducting machine audits and repairs as and when required.
Ensure customers' expectations are met and exceeded (customer service and technical perspective).
Attending and resolving of breakdowns on customer site, in best possible timelines.
Formal root analyses of the customer's maintenance or breakdown causes / concerns.
Report writing to formally close out service interventions.
Upselling to customers, with regards to open points or further interventions or upgrades required.
Maintain safety standards both in-house and off site.
Clear and effective communication to office for scheduled work and other assistance required.
