POSITION INFO:
Short Term Insurance Underwriter required for Personal Lines and Commercial Underwriting position for an FSP based in Worchester, Western Cape.
Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 essential
- RE5 essential
- NQF4 or NQF5 or relevant short term insurance FAIS credits required – willing to consider candidates working under supervision
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant Personal and Commercial Short Term Insurance experience specific to underwriting processes required
Responsibilities:
- Underwriting of new and existing policies – Personal Lines and Commercial Policies
- Assist with renewals
- Endorsements and policy amendments
