Senior Technical Sales Representative

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications

Matric
Electrical or Engineering qualification (advantageous but not mandatory)

Requirements

3–5 years' experience in technical sales, ideally within commercial, industrial, or power distribution systems
Strong working knowledge of electrical power distribution
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as pastel
Valid driver’s license

Duties

Client Engagement
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted regions and industries
Conduct site visits and client consultations to assess specific application requirements
Represent the company at expos, golf days, workshops, and industry events
Technical Collaboration
Present and promote customized control system solutions that meet client needs
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to accurately scope projects
Sales Management
Maintain and update CRM records, including sales forecasts and pipeline reports
Nurture existing client relationships to encourage repeat business
