To build a sustainable and mutually beneficial Talent Relationship with the Business through the provision of Top Talent as well as Talent Intelligence.

Qualifications and Experience Required

Required

Degree

5 years’ working experience within the relevant function (Preferred)

Must have recruitment management experience

Postgraduate qualification (relevant to Service Area / Business Management)

2 years at Consultant level within the function
