POSITION INFO:

Our client in the FMCG industry is looking for Senior Supervisor to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Ensure maximum profitability of the shop by managing the key financial indicators (e.g. sales, shrinkage, wastage, stock, expenses) aligned to budget.
* Consistent delivery of high standards of customer service, through ensuring adherence to the customer service principles.
* Ensure effective staff are managed and developed in order to build capacity and meet staffing needs.
* Ensure compliance to all in-store policies and processes aligned to requirements.
* Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Fluent language skills and the ability to speak English and preferably one other official language. * Conflict management skills.
* Problem solving and decision making skills.
* Customer service oriented.
* Reliable with excellent time keeping skills.

Qualifications

* Matric/Grade 12 and 3 years’ experience in a similar environment.
* Business and/or Retail management diploma would be an added advantage.
* 2 - 4 years’ supervisory experience will be a strong advantage.
