Senior Stock Controller (Syspro) (Langebaan, West Coast) R20,000 - R25,000 PN CTC

POSITION INFO:

FMCG Company seeks a Senior Stock Controller with advanced Syspro to:

Ensuring stock is correctly received, weighed in, captured, stored, and dispatched.

Capturing of stock movement and manufacturing jobs.

Preparation of weekly stock reports.

Creation and issuing of purchase orders.

Work closely with the procurement and production team to ensure optimal stock warehousing, usage and accurate record keeping.

Manage all stock movements and investigate any discrepancies that may arise.

Ensure that all stock movement documentation is accurate and up to date.

Accountable for monthly stock takes.

Formulation and enforcement of stock control policies.

Experience / Education:

Degree or Diploma in Logistics / Warehousing or any other relevant field.

Demonstrated knowledge of stock control procedures and best practices.

Computer proficiency Microsoft Office.

Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Syspro.

Minimum 4 years’ experience in stock control within a manufacturing environment.

Previous experience with Translution warehousing system an advantage.

Previous experience in the FMCG / manufacturing industry preferred.
