A leading organisation is seeking a Senior Specialist: Project Manager to drive the successful execution of complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing high-impact initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects across multiple business domains, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Coordinate stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and commitment throughout the project lifecycle
• Implement governance frameworks, change management processes, and post-implementation reviews
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and maintain project documentation for audit purposes
• Deliver projects effectively using industry best practices, including PMI, Prince2, or Agile methodologies
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders

Key Skills & Experience:

• Relevant Degree (e.g., Commerce or equivalent NQF7 qualification)
• Project Management Certification (PMP, Prince2 preferred)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, with at least 3 years managing IT and telecom projects
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
• Knowledge of Project Management Life Cycles, Software Delivery Life Cycles, Business and Systems Analysis, Change Enablement, and Telecom processes
