Duties:

Plan and deliver audit assignments, leveraging data analytics to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Analyse and document the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls.
Use data analytics tools to extract, manipulate, and analyse information for audits.
Identify and address security and data control gaps, providing actionable recommendations.
Prepare accurate audit reports, lead discussions on findings, and ensure timely follow-ups on corrective actions.
Provide leadership and mentorship to audit teams, conducting training on data analytics.
Manage client relationships with service providers and address system-related issues.
Promote organizational culture and values, inspiring confidence and commitment within the team.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
BCom Internal Auditing or BSc IT Degree.
Recognized industry certifications, such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001, CEH, CRISC, CCSP, or similar

Experience:

3 or more years in internal or IT audit, including data analytics and script development.
Proficient in analytics tools such as ACL, IDEA, or SQL.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving objectives.
Excellent customer service orientation.
Proficient in facilitating collaboration across departments.
Knowledge of data analytics tools and system maintenance practices.
