vBack End Engineering.

vDev Ops Engineering.

vStrong communicators - able to be a full-fledged contributor in one of our cross-functional teams (turning ideas into designs into code into value).

vProficient - experienced enough in their craft to be able to guide the work of other less experienced developers (give clear guidelines and tasks, review code output, teach what you know).

vGeneral good software design and architecture understanding.

vFront end development (typically react/js/general web dev).

vBack end for front end (typically python-django/some node).

vAutomated testing (unit/component/browser testing).

vAPIs.

vData visualisation.

vSQL database design + usage.

vCloud-native data architecture (Azure, Azure Data Factory).

vCI/CD software delivery (Azure DevOps).
