What will the role involve?
This is a brand-new role so an opportunity for you to shape your own path! The role will be a 50/50 split of management and being hands on with a range of some really interesting projects which will involve Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Augmented Reality.
The team will ensure that the products are created to the highest standard and you will play a major part in leading that. You should have a lot of knowledge with distributed systems - some of their systems have over 10,000 robots moving around at any one time so you''ll play a big part in making sure they''re all where they should be!
Tech wise, the team are currently using a mix of Python, C++, Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, Redis and React - once in the door, you can play to your strengths or learn something new - they have the resources to get you up to speed!
You will be hands on managing and mentoring a small team of two to start with. The company have huge plans for growth over the next 24 months which will give you the opportunity to build your own team of developers and really influence the way things are done here!
