SUMMARY:
This multi-national door and equipment supplier and installer is seeking a detail-orientated Service Administrator to be based in Gauteng.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Matric
Relevant tertiary qualification

Duties and Requirements

Create and load all service department administration on Pastel including but not limited to; invoices, delivery notes, product information, quotes, job cards, etc.
Send and compose reports to clients using field service reports, installation and costing reports
Assist with departmental job planning, safety files and stock taking
Follow up with customers regarding any updates, feedback and promotions
Update Pastel system regarding stock levels, pricing and stock values
Assist the Service Manager with all relevant job planning that includes all documentation, installations, breakdowns and maintenance as well as updating the system and all information
Monitor and report all time keeping reports
