POSITION INFO:

Key responsibilities will include:

Drive real volume and monitory growth in line with the Sales Strategy
Understand manufacturing processes to create and develop a solution offering
Close deals to commercial reality
Manage pricing and volumes to reach the annual requirements
Build long term strategic partnerships and customer relationships at senior levels
Achieve and exceed the annual sales budget
Drive value added innovation and deliver on strategic growth plans
Provide a technical solution to existing accounts and potential accounts
Work under pressure and meet deadlines set by the business
Extensive product and application knowledge to ensure the best possible solution to the customer is provided
Equipment sales and demonstration of new equipment
Convert allocated prospective customers from Leads Generation Software Programme
Identifying market gaps and liaising with Sales Manager
Market Intelligence, provide after sales support and grow install base

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

Engineering tertiary qualification
Sales qualification (advantageous)
Outgoing and excellent people skills, good communication, team player
Must be willing to travel at short notice and travel long distances to meet with customers
