Senior Restaurant Manager

Key Performance Areas include:

• Dealing with customers in a highly professional manner
• Developing and maintaining relationships with guests and ensuring they feel welcome
• Customer service and relationships with attention to detail
• Management of front of house team
• Strong administration skills
• Understanding and owning the Company brand values
• Attention to detail with regards to service and aesthetics
• An inherent passion and understanding of what constitutes exemplary service

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• Hospitality Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Min. 3 years’ experience in a similar position (5* exp.)
• Excellent people and communication skills
• A strong sense and understanding of what constitutes world class service
• A team player
• A good understanding and passion for the hospitality industry

The Restaurant operates seven days a week, the successful candidate, would as such, be required to work weekends on a shift basis.
