JOB DESCRIPTION:

Very busy Restaurant / banqueting & function venue in Centurion is looking for a head chef. Looking for hardworking individuals with 6+ years senior chef experience in a Restaurant, banqueting and events environment. Applicants must have strong cooking skills with the ability to work with high volumes under pressure. Must have experience in setting up food stations / buffets and must be strong with food plating. The ideal candidate will be able to control food quality and quantity. Must be strong in following recipes. Long working history with previous employers required. Will also be expected to work in all kitchen sections of the Restaurant. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Very fast paced and busy environment.
