SUMMARY:
Communicate Recruitment is looking to appoint a Top-Notch Recruitment consultant, to join our team of great recruiters across the IT and Finance sectors.

POSITION INFO:

You will be expected to:

Grow and maintain a Client base.
Attract candidates with in-demand skills
Have a flair to thrive in a sales environment
Have the ability to maintain and build relationships with stakeholders
Not be scared to cold call

The suitable candidate must have:

Tertiary qualification
2-3 years recruitment experience in an agency environment
Management experience (advantageous)
A proven track record in achieving sales targets or other achievements
