Senior Radiographer

SUMMARY:
Responsible for delivering a high standard of service excellence to relevant stakeholders and to a diversity of patients

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor''s degree in Diagnostic Radiography
• HPCSA registration
• At least 3 years’ working experience as a Radiographer
• Experience in Ultra Sound, Diagnostics, Mammography and CT scans (at least three out of the four is a must)

Key Performance Areas

• Ensure a high standard of radiographic imaging is maintained at all times Accurate patient records including recording radiation dose and exposure factors are kept and maintained
• Accurate patient information relating to dose and use of consumables are recorded
• Facilitate the referral process of clients
• Maintain effective working relationships with facility staff Liaising with the offsite Radiologist for diagnostic and technical advice and support
