Senior Quantity Surveyor

POSITION INFO:

Senior Quantity Surveyor required to be site based in Sunninghill aea

CCS / Candy experience essential
Must have at least 3 years experience as Senior Site Based QS
This position reports to a Contracts Manager based on site and as Senior QS you shall have a Junior QS to manage and assist you.
A total of 12 years Quantity Surveying is required

Skills required include accurate taking-off of quantities, managing tender documentation preparation, contract documentation preparation, contract management, project management, procurement management, contract price negotiation, cost reporting, cash flow predictions, value engineering, budget estimating, financial feasibility studies, effective cost control during construction, variations negotiation and final accounts negotiation.
