SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Senior Python Developer to lead the way on high-impact projects and mentor a growing development team. This is a fully on-site role based in Pretoria, ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements:

Minimum of 4-5 years professional experience in Python development
Strong experience with Python and Django
A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Solid architectural understanding and clean coding practices
Proven experience mentoring or leading technical teams
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Must be comfortable working full-time, on-site in Pretoria

Role Responsibilities:

Lead the development of scalable, robust back-end systems
Drive best practices and support technical excellence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful software solutions
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Junior Developers
