SUMMARY:
The purpose of the role is to drive the development & execution of MVN-X strategy related to Technical Projects. If you consider yourself to be a Senior Project Manager that is results-driven, extroverted, and can multitask then show us what you know, and weâ€™ll return the favour.

Strategy & Planning
- Responsible for full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
- Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases of the project.
- Manage project scope and changes.
- Handle deliverables of multiple projects at the same time

Relationship Management
- Identify and develop trusted advisor relationships with project and program stakeholders, sponsors and university stakeholders.
- Deliver appropriate and effective executive-level communication.

General
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
- Able to work under pressure.

Are you this person?

Technical
- Do you have 10 Years of Project Management experience on large complex projects – with a Project portfolio of managed projects for the last 5 years?
- 8-10 years’ experience with SDLC projects as a Project Admin/Co-Ordinator?
- Have you worked on budget management including forecasting (Financial management for non-financial managers type of level)?
- Do you have advanced Excel skills?
- Advanced MSP?
- Are you PMP certified?
- Advanced MS Word?
- 5 years’ 3rd party management experience?
- 5 years’ experience managing remote teams?

Behavioral skills
- Do you have strong conflict management skills?
- Do you have negotiation Skills?
- Are you assertive?
- Do you have good verbal and written communication skills?
- Do you work well under pressure?
