Matric
Experience in the steel industry is essential
Truck body experience is essential
Experience in factory and/or production management essential
Knowledge and skill requirements
Decision Maker
Analytical
Managerial skills, workforce management and production management
Decision Maker
Experience in quality control (work in progress as well as finished goods)

Duties:

The working environment of a production manager is both in an office and in the factory/ plant.
They are expected to work in a regular weekday, managers may work beyond the basic working hours due to some work related tasks that are needed to be done in a day.
Collaborating with quality control managers to establish and execute quality control processes
Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
Factory managers supervise an entire industrial factory, and must be able to oversee every activities a plant.
Implement all rules and policies to all factory workers and ensure them that they follow ever regulation.
Will be in charge to look over the factory’s finances
Will have to execute system a plan and strategy for the factory to be more systematic and organize
Will be in charge of interviewing, screening and hiring new workers and employees
Must ensure that safety regulations and policies are implemented among the factory workers
Take responsibility on all the activities occurring in the factory or plant may it be good or bad
Must be able to ensure good relationships among the workers and that there are equal treatment applied to them.
