Senior Nursing Manager

POSITION INFO:

A vacancy exists for a Senior Nursing Manager based at a Private hospital in Pinelands Cape Town.  The sucessful candidate will be responsible for managing, leading and coordinating the nursing functions within the hospital in line with hospital and compay strategic objectives of growth, quality and people.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Nursing
• Post-graduate qualification is advantage
• Current registration with South African Nursing Council
• Relevent clinical experience and knowledge to the critical outputs
• Proven leadership and management experience within healthcare (Ideally private healthcare)
• Basic understanding of labour legislation
• Understanding of busienss principles and a commercial orientation
• Computer proficiency (MS Office)
