SUMMARY:
Skilled Senior Maintenance Technician and Foreman required for Western Cape operations. This position will report to the Area Maintenance Manager and will provide planning, organizing and execution of electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and condition monitoring. Responsible for technical supervision of the maintenance team.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Qualified Millwright;
Must have undergone apprenticeship or equivalent training with accredited institution
Wireman’s license essential – Phase 3;
Must be DoL registered as Installation Electrician;
Minimum of 5 years relevant project execution experience;
Minimum of 5 years’ Supervision experience of maintenance team;
Must come from a strong Mechanical and Electrical background – able to analyze and troubleshoot accurately and quickly;
Experience in waste management;
Excellent report writing skills;
Excellent communication skills and a dedicated team player;
Computer literate – minimum MS Office;
Must hold a valid Code 08 driver’s license;

Must be prepared to perform after hours work and standby duties, and drive long distances (staying over when required).
