Senior Logistics Implementor

SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Senior Logistics Implementer with working experience in business analysis, system configuration and project management within the logistics industry to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

The Senior Logistics Implementer will be responsible for but not limited to; solution design, transport optimisation, software troubleshooting, requirement specifications, process mapping, project management, implementation auditing, liaising with software developer and go-live duties.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 year’s working experience in transport optimisation
• BEng (Industrial Engineering), Logistics or BCom Logistics Degree (or similar)
• Project management skills
• Strong communication and customer management skills
• Analytical skills to aid troubleshooting and analysing client requirements
• Ability to work under pressure and to work with a variety of people with varying skill levels
• Must be self-motivated and keep track of all aspects of project work
• Thorough working knowledge of IT Operating Systems, networking environments, NoSQL databases, and Excel would be highly advantageous
• Transport optimisation solution design experience an asset
