SUMMARY:
Our client, based in Bedfordview, is looking for an experienced Senior Litigation Secretary to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

Matric is essential
Own transport is essential
Typing pleadings, notices and related court documents including applications and affidavits
Working on Case lines;
The Court processes especially High Court;
Typing Ante Nuptial Contracts and managing the registration process;
Divorce pleadings and process;
Typing Trust Deeds and registering Trusts and Trust amendments;
Managing diaries for two attorneys;
Typing e-mails and correspondence;
Managing filing clerks;
General office administration of litigation practice;
Ghost Practice;
Microsoft and related programmes including arranging Zoom and Microsoft Teams meetings;
Dictation typing on Frisbee;
Dealing with clients
