POSITION INFO:

A multinational fast growing company is looking for a Senior Legal Manager to join their team of dynamic professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong Property and Contract law experience.

Education:

Relevant law degree
Admitted attorney

Skills/Experience required:

At least 5 - 8 years working experience in a similar role
Strong commercial drafting experience
Good understanding and experience of leasing and property rights
Property and Contract law experience
Firm experience & background
Good researcher & technical

Job Description:

Provide expert Legal advice to support business stakeholders
Ensure legal compliance in respect of business decisions, processes and documentation
Coach, train and communicate to staff on any legal developments that may impact their areas.
Manage any outsourced Legal partners to ensure Goals and Objectives are met
Manage and balance key commercial and business initiatives in fulfillment of the company strategy
