JOB DESCRIPTION:

Senior Kitchen Manager position available with busy Restaurant / Deli in Bedfordview. Looking for individuals with 8+ years'' relevant kitchen management experience. Must have good all round kitchen management skills with the ability to lead a kitchen team. Main duties will include stock management, quality control, kitchen administration, and general kitchen management duties. Experience in a Restaurant / Deli kitchen essential. The suitable candidate will also be responsible for opening and closing the store on occasion and will be expected to do cash-ups.
