• Proven experience in a Key Account Management or Senior Sales role
• Background in racking, shelving, shopfitting, or retail fixtures is a big advantage
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Must be comfortable with project-based sales cycles, site involvement, and after-sales support
• Strong multitasking and communication abilities – this role requires juggling multiple large clients at once

🔧 Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum of 5–8 years in account management, preferably servicing large national retail clients
• Ability to manage the full sales lifecycle: needs analysis, quoting, project liaison, and post-installation support
• Skilled at building long-term relationships and spotting upselling opportunities
• Highly organised, with experience in navigating complex installations and coordination with internal teams
• Comfortable in both boardroom presentations and onsite visits
