Senior Internal Auditor

A leading agricultural company in South Africa is looking for an Senior Internal Auditor, this company focuses on the production of grain products, as well as market access for agricultural produce. My client has a vast of added services, such as financing, insurance, and agricultural technical services.

Duties:
 

• Execute and manage specific audits
• Conduct risk assessment
• Communicate/liaise with client:
• Inform client about intended roll-out
• Request's provision of documents/information to assist with compilation of audit samples
• Compile audit program goals and objective
• Decide and develop audit samples to be tested
• Perform and manage audit procedures
• File documented findings according to agreed format
• Index file documentation
• Clearing of review notes from audit manager
• Discuss audit findings with audit manager and obtain management comments accordingly
• Draft audit reports
• Execute ad hoc tasks as requested by management

 
Job Experience & Skills Required:
 
Qualifications:
 

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Degree Accounting

 
Experience:
 

• Completed SAICA articles
• 1 / 2 Years Internal Audit Experience
• Understanding of auditing principles / auditing standards / business principles 
• Financial Accounting knowledge 
• Corporate governance principles 
• SAP Exposure
