Duties:

Work with internal business stakeholders and the broader team in the execution of the audit plan
Support the management team in building effective relationships with key stakeholders
Build business acumen by gaining an in-depth understanding of the business
Participate and provide inputs in internal meetings
Ensure coordination, communication and control between function and process owners for assigned engagement

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
Bcom Honours in Internal Auditing (Non-negotiable)
Completed CIA (Non-negotiable)

Experience:

Minimum 4-6 years post experience in an internal audit environment with experience in supervising others
Experience working for/in a Big 4 audit firm
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and TeamMate

Skills & Competencies:

Strong stakeholder management
Ability to excel in working under pressure and adhering to deadlines to get the job done
Must have a passion for solving complex problems
Ethical and high levels of personal integrity
Ability to see the bigger picture and prioritise accordingly
