We are looking for an experienced IT recruiter with demonstrated success in IT and Engineering recruitment with a passion for finding talent to join our team.  In this role, you will work directly with accounts or hiring managers to provide recruitment sourcing support from requisition initiation to offer acceptance, utilizing proactive search and sourcing methods in order to successfully hire qualified candidates in a timely manner.

The primary responsibility is to provide a VIP Candidate Experience while proactively sourcing and building a pipeline of candidates to meet the growing needs of the company. 

Day to day activities include:

• Manage all aspects of the applicant tracking system, including entering the request, monitoring for approval and posting the position
• Source candidates through social media, networking, etc.
• Review resumes for fit, share qualified candidates with the hiring manager
• Phone screen candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques
• Schedule interviews with the hiring manager and interview team
• Facilitate candidate feedback sessions and partner with the hiring manager and selection team to identify the best candidate offer and close candidate
• Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates and positions through applicant tracking tool to ensure compliance

Qualifications desired:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT and Engineering recruitment
• Proven success in recruiting for a broad/wide range of roles in a high-tech environment
• Demonstrated skill in using LinkedIn and other social networking tools to directly source candidates.
• Excellent partnership skills plus knowing how to effectively work with accounts or hiring managers to source, screen, and evaluate candidates within organizational policies and budgets.
• Shows a clear passion for finding talent and an ability to effectively communicate and influence career choice decisions
• Represent the company in an enthusiastic & positive manner.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and ATS applications
• Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures

Remuneration

Monthly Basic Salary : R8,000 plus 20% commission
