Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 to 4 years experience as a Network / IT Consultant
• Professional certification
• In-depth knowledge of computer and IT systems, cloud and hybrid internet security and data privacy
• Valid drivers license
• Dependable and consistent capacity to work remotely
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• Remote client liaison / occasional onsite client liaison

Key Performance Areas:

• Support for Android and iOS mobile devices
• Support for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions
• Setup, configure, manage and monitor Fortinet UTM firewalls
• Support for server, workstation and laptop software and hardware
• Support for Microsoft Windows or MacOS workstations and laptops
• Support for switches, routers, access points and wireless extenders
• Configure, manage and monitor server local on-premises and cloud backups
• Create, update and close service tickets for customers via help or service desk
• Suport for black/white, colour multi-functional local USB and network printers
• Support for Microsoft Windows primary domain controller, application or file servers
• Managing Users, Forest, security groups and organizational units in Active Directory
