Job & Company Description:

This company is a broad-based multinational media and entertainment group with principal operations in pay television, video entertainment, advertising, and content security. 

This role is responsible for executing IT Audit reviews in line with the company’s audit plan. All work carried out must follow the IAS standards and methodologies.  The incumbent is responsible for analysing internal controls over the information systems and infrastructure, providing the necessary recommendations for improvements, and ensuring that all systems and internal control processes are competent enough to identify and mitigate risks.

 Education:

• BCom Informatics /BsC Informatics
• Qualification required (CISA)/ or studying towards CISA

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 4 years’ experience in IT Audit OR 2 years’ experience as IT Supervisor
• Experience gained at a Big 4 company
• Must have interest in technology and media industry
• Proficiency in Work, Excel, and TeamMate
• Strong report writing skills
• Dynamic individual with speed and accuracy with figures
• Systematic and Analytical
• Must eb able to prioritise accordingly to meet all deadlines
• Must be able to perform in high pressure environment

 Job Responsibilities:

• Execution of audit plan in conjunction with internal business stakeholders and the broader IAS team
• Responsible for developing and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Improve effectiveness and meet organisational roles by enhancing methods, processes, and systems
• Responsible for preparing audit reports to be reviewed by audit manager
• Must ensure control, communication and coordination between function and process owners for assigned engagements
