This role will include creating engaging designs that fulfil the strategic intent for the growth of the brand. The goal is to create impactful designs across the full marketing mix with special emphasis on digital platforms that capture and promote the brand and vision.

Educational Requirements:
Qualification in relevant field
Minimum 3 years’ experience a Digital and Graphic designer
Adobe suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Adobe Acrobat
Figma, Zeplin
PowerPoint, excel and word
Canva
Compressor
WordPress
Good understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
Understanding of tactical use of graphic elements (eg click buttons and other CTA techniques)
Knowledge of Video Content Creation using tools such as Animoto would be advantageous
Experience in designing social media advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
A keen eye for detail
Time management and multitasking abilities


Responsibilities:
Ensure all design outputs are in line with brand positioning and their unique graphic expressions
Actively participate in execution of the brand activity plan
Ensure full understanding of each activity goal and propose the most effective creative executions to meet these goals
Pitch creative ideas
Produce creative drafts and final design solutions (like brochures, banners, digital advertising, social media graphics, Google Ads graphics)
Collaborate with team members to launch projects
Take on special design tasks (e.g., branded gift collection design, office interior design)
Revision and editing of existing collateral to update content/branding/contact details. This includes brochures, success stories, templates, presentation decks, whitepapers, thought leadership articles
Graphic proposal and execution of social media posts, branded imagery for independent media platforms, design and layout of e-mail and newsletter campaigns, execution of website pop-up banners, design and layout of recruitment and human resources announcements and posts
Ensure social media content stands out
Recommend and execute all brand visualization elements for in-person and virtual events
