POSITION INFO:

As we look to close off 2021, we reflect back on a year that was far more than just a bounce-back year. We attribute this to the fact that we employ competent recruiters who are able to build solid relationships and consult with their clients as opposed to simply transacting with them. On average, our consultants have close to 10 years'' external recruitment experience and each bill over R1 million.
We hire senior recruiters with a proven track record, who are solid account managers, particularly within the financial space. If you have the reputation to justify this belief, I would be keen to have a "virtual" cup of coffee as we are WFH to a large degree. We have an environment that allows our recruiters to feel like they are running their own business within a business and would love to have one more!
We will not be looking at anyone with less than 5 years'' external recruitment consultant experience. Our model does not allow us to train up inexperienced people. Our environment is a perfect fit for established consultants with strong business acumen looking to move to Cape Town either from Gauteng or the UK.
