POSITION INFO:

We are looking for an excellent command of English (spoken and written). The ability to build relationships with clients and candidates from the ground up and maintain these relationships thereafter. This is a sales industry (we sell people) so the ideal candidate needs to have a high EQ as well as a very strong back bone (as things don’t always go our way) – The highs are HIGH and our lows are very low, so you would need to be able to bounce back quickly after any disappointments.

We are also looking for someone who is an out-of-box thinker and can strategically come up with new and exciting ideas and angles on how to improve on any current processes that are in place.

Qualifications

A minimum matric but a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications or HR is preferred
