Senior Estimator

SUMMARY:
Senior Estimator R500k - R900k KwaZulu Natal We are currently in search of a Senior Estimator for one of our biggest clients in the construction Space. We are looking for a well-seasoned Senior Estimator who will be responsible for leading multiple tender pricing submissions by managing the estimation functions

POSITION INFO:

Key focus areas

• Provide an effective and efficient estimating function
• Acquire and analyse tender documents
• Implement procurement and bill of quantities processes
• Estimates unit cost rates for projects on tender by Coordinate all information flow
• Governance & Safety
• Manage Stakeholder relationships

The Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 8 - 10 years’ experience in an Estimating role (construction)
• CCS candy estimating software (non-negotiable)
• General Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)

Qualifications

• Diploma in Construction
