SUMMARY:
Senior Estimator - R500k - R900k Durban, KwaZulu Natal Are you in the construction space and are you a seasoned estimator? Are you looking for a new challenge, look no further.

POSITION INFO:

My client in the construction industry is looking for a well-seasoned Senior Estimator who will be responsible for leading multiple tender pricing submissions by managing the estimation functions.

Key focus areas

Provide an effective and efficient estimating function
Acquire and analyse tender documents
Implement procurement and bill of quantities processes
Estimates unit cost rates for projects on tender by Coordinate all information flow
Governance & Safety
Manage Stakeholder relationships

The Ideal Candidate

Minimum of 8 - 10 years’ experience in an Estimating role (construction)
CCS candy estimating software (non-negotiable)
General Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)

Qualifications

Must have a Degree / Diploma relating to Construction
