Our client, a dynamic Financial Services Provider seeks to employ a Senior Fund Administrator/Complaints Administrator based JHB All rounder w ith EB and Complaints/legal exp

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is seeking to employ a Senior Employee Benefits with EB Administration and Complaints/Management exp

administer a portfolio of funds

Handling of complaints, ability to channel complaints to legal department

KPA/KEY OUTPUTS

Full admin responsibility for a portfolio/Assist the team and workflow management/Monthly update reconciliations and year-end reports
Processing Death, Disability Claims, Retirements, cheque releasing, Benefit statements/Dealing with client queries and attend meetings
To oversee administration queries
Experience in claims and contributions essential

QUALIFICATIONS AND XPERIENCE

Matriculation and/or equivalent qualification, Certificate of Proficiency in Retirement Funds (COP)

Computer Literacy - Advanced Office
Good Understanding of Administration systems (Everest would be an advantage).
