SUMMARY:
My Client which is an Employee Benefits Insurance company based in the North of Gauteng is looking for a Senior Employee Benefits Administrator

POSITION INFO:

Purpose: To provide full administrative functions for Admin Department and to administer a portfolio of funds.

KPAs / Key outputs

Full admin responsibility for a portfolio / Assist the team and workflow management / Monthly update reconciliations & year-end reports
Process Death, Disability Claim, Retirements, cheque releasing, Benefit statements / Dealing with client queries and attend meetings
To oversee administration queries

Qualifications and Experience

Matric and/or equivalent qualification, Certificate of Proficiency in Retirement funds (COP)
3 years’ experience in similar or work related position with good knowledge of Employee Benefits
Computer literacy – Advanced Office
Good understanding of Administration systems (Everest will be advantage)

Self-starter & excellent organising skills
Good verbal, written and communications skills
Committed and reliable with integrity
Telephone etiquette and client liaison
