The role:
You''ll be joining a close knit, collaborative team where you''ll be heavily involved in a range of existing and greenfield projects, they do a bit of everything!
From a technology standpoint, the team are currently using PHP7 (Smpfony5), MySQL, AWS, Docker, Ansible and Tailwind UI.
Overall, you will be comfortable working with most of this tech, working in a small team, having your opinion heard and being happy to muck in to get the job done.
Your new company:
You''ll be joining a well-established, ethical agency who are all about empowerment! From employees to client''s and everyone in between, these guys just love to solve a problem so that should probably be a passion of yours too!
They believe the key to solving things is education so if you know a better way, they want to hear it. They are missing some key skills just now so ideally; they will need someone who can hit the ground running.
You:
Obviously, you''ll be a developer who enjoys working with PHP, specifically Smpfony.
However, beyond that, these guys are really after a good attitude and an open mind! They like to get involved in a range of different projects and work closely with a range of clients including charities, tackling real life issues. Projects have varied from educational platforms to helping tackle mental health stigma so they need someone who shares their core values!
As they are all remote, communication is key and they need people comfortable talking about what they are doing, explaining their code and generally just being involved. A heads down, get the job done and don''t ask questions type of person is just not going to work.
Salary & Interview Process:
We have a rough range of £40-55K for this role depending on experience, with a range of benefits on top of that.
The role is entirely remote, always will be but they are HQ''d in Liverpool.
