SUMMARY:
An FMCG/Retail Wholesaler company based in Northriding in the North of Johannesburg seeks a Senior Debtors Clerk to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications

Matric
Degree/Diploma in Accounts(Advantageous)

Requirements

Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Minimum of 5-7 years experience doing Debtors/Credit Control
Must reside in Randburg area or within 25km radius
Computer literate
SYSPRO
MUST have worked on retail debtors books(Checkers, Spar, Pick & Pay) - This is non negotiable
Previous key accounts experience
Well groomed and presentable
Self motivated, organised and responsible(Stable work history)
Must be punctual and have strong administration skills

Duties

Working on age analysis
Send statements to clients
Debt collecting
Do credits for clients
Check suspense accounts
Opening new accounts
Filing
Manage book to value of R20 Million
Weekly reports
