A Cape Town based industry leading manufacturing company is looking for someone who can handle complex clients on a day-to-day basis. POSITION INFO:

Managing the debtors accounts

Customer invoicing and month end statements

Reconciliation of debtor’s accounts (GL to age analysis to individual customer accounts)

Liaising with customers regarding queries

Escalating outstanding accounts to management

Process receipts onto Accpac

Managing the credit note process

Client portal management to ensure all invoices are being uploaded correctly

Skills & Experience:

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent Excel knowledge

Excellent technical knowledge of finance administration, especially accounts receivables

Qualification:

Matric

Bookkeeping diploma or certificate
