Senior Debt Collector

SUMMARY:
Position available for a Senior Debt Collector with our client in Bloemfontein.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

* Matric
* Previous experience in a debt collecting position
* Experience of staff supervision

Duties will include:


Correct allocation of bankbook
Assisting clients
Compiling of reports
Maintaining debit orders
Accurate disconnections on arrears
Issue Letter of Demands
Issue Final Demands and Notices
Initiate Hand Over process
Managing status codes
Managing Junior Debt Collectors performance with regards to
phone calls and charges invoiced
Reconciliations
Instructions for corrections on accounts
Managing status codes
Reporting and feedback to clients within 24 hours
Managing unallocated payments

Basic salary of R8 000 + Commission (commission capped at R4 200 per month)
