Are you a science guru that can visualise data and help others understand it? One of SA’s reputable Vehicle Dealership is looking for a Senior Data Scientist with the ability to plan and implement E2E data analytics solutions and technology.

POSITION INFO:

You will be involved in the following:

Implementing and evaluating machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics and process optimisation up to visualisation of results

Designing and implementing metrics, dashboards, and reports to support business decisions

Guiding and mentoring junior team members

Achieving high quality analytics solutions

Exploring, analysing, and interpreting large internal and external datasets using state of the art statistical tools

Developing data models and algorithms for data preparation, exploration, mining, and modelling

Documenting results and performing know-how transfer to team members and interested internal business departments

Collaborating in agile teams to design, implement and deploy end to end data science solutions

Ensuring high quality results (statistical and technical) for the deliverables of the Innovation Hub

Ensuring continuous enhancements and quality of the technology and methods applied
