SUMMARY:
A Dynamic Entity in the Travel & Tourism Industry is in search for a seasoned Senior Creditors Clerk, preferably coming from the Travel & Tourism or Hospitality Industry.

POSITION INFO:

A Dynamic Entity in the Travel & Tourism Industry is in search for a seasoned Senior Creditors Clerk, preferably coming from the Travel & Tourism or Hospitality Industry.

Education and Experience:

• Matric with Mathematics and Accounting as subjects

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, etc.)

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Creditors Clerk

• Good understanding of VAT, supplier invoice requirements and the impact of invoices and credit notes on supplier balances.

• The ability to perform a creditors reconciliation.

• Good and professional oral and email communication skills

Job Responsibilities

• Capturing of invoices and processing of creditors

• Inspecting invoices for compliance with VAT requirements

• Processing vouchers

• Processing and sending out remittances timeously

• Work closely with Bank Administrators, Reservations and all other Business Units and Departments
