POSITION INFO:

Wonderful opportunity exists on the East Rand.

Our client in the mining industry seeks URGENTLY a senior creditors clerk to join their team with proven hands on experience to start soonest . 

Must have a stable track record .

Please note its a Employment Equity position 

Must either come from the mining , construction or manfacturing industry - will secure interview .

Minimum Requirements : 

• Completed Matric with Mathsas a subject - not negotiable 
• 5 years creditors experience - Full function recons invoicing and allocating , processing payments into cashbook 
• Must have advanced Excel skills - will be tested 
• To start soonest - immediately available would be advantageous 
• Must be ITC clear not under debt review or the bureau 

• Must be professional self motivated and reliable 
• Must have own transport - Vehicle with valid drivers licence (Not Negotiable) -will be travelling to the sites 
• well presented and well spoken with the English language 

Duties

• Processing of creditors invoicing and provisional creditors including matching of invoices and orders
• Creditors maintenance on accounting and banking system
• Preperation of monthly creditors recons 
• Creditors payment preperation 
• Liasioning with creditors queries and resolving queries
• Processing creditors payments into the cashbook on inhouse system 
• Filing
