SUMMARY:
An innovative and fast growing entity in the Automotive Industry is looking to add a Senior Creditors Clerk to their dynamic finance team.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric
National Diploma / BCom Accounting
5 years’ experience as a Creditor Clerk.
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience.
Must have worked on High Volumes and a big book value

Roles and Responsibilities:

Loading of payments.
Payment requisitions.
Request bank confirmation letters.
Payment authorisations.
Request invoices from suppliers.
Supplier invoices.
VAT submissions and processing of supplier invoices.
Ensure payments are performed.
Supplier reconciliation.
TPN credit checks.
Ad-hoc duties.
